National Cheer & Dance Volunteers

December 5th - 10th, 2026


Thank you for registering to volunteer for the 2026 Pop Warner Cheer & Dance Nationals and Queen City Crown Open Events!  The events will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center, located at:  501 South College Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202

Please select your preferred position(s) and shift(s) from the following options:

  • Awards
  • Book Check & Music Verification
  • Interactive Activities
  • Main Floor
  • Media 
  • Merchandise Sales
  • Team Practice
  • Warm-Up/Backstage - Team Ambassador

You may select up to two shifts per event day, Saturday through Thursday.   If you would like to volunteer for a full day in the same position, please select both the morning and afternoon shifts for that position on your designated day.   Please review the position job descriptions before making your selections to ensure that you have chosen the role that best fits your interests and availability.

The Queen City Crown Open will begin each event day, followed immediately by the Pop Warner Cheer & Dance Nationals competition.  Teams placing first in the Queen City Crown Open will be invited to participate in Nationals.

Upon arrival at the venue on each day you are scheduled to volunteer, please go directly to the Volunteer Check-In Room, W205AB. You will receive all the information and materials you need to begin your event day.

If you park at the event venue, the parking fee is:   No cash is accepted.

  • $20.00 + tax per day/per vehicle
  • $40.00 + tax per day/per oversized vehicle

Waiver for National Cheer & Dance Volunteers

I do hereby release FCSports, its staff and volunteers from any and all liability in the event of any injury or illness during a FCSports activity or event.

In the event of injury, accident or illness, I release and discharge FCSports, its staff and volunteers from any manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, damages, claims or demands whatsoever arising out of or in connection to the FCSports event, including claim for compensation thereof.

I hereby give FCSports and its assignees the right to photograph, film, videotape, audio record or any other manner of recording by any other means. FCSports shall have the continuing right to use any photograph or recording in the future without additional compensation to the volunteer or even without identification of me by name.

I warrant that I am of legal age and have every right to contract in my own name, or if I am not, that my parent or guardian has signed in the space below.
